Using this site

Browse, order, and read freely. Please don't scrape, attack, or otherwise misuse the site or attempt to disrupt the service. The menu photography, text, and branding on this site are ours.

Orders & pickup

• Pickup only.Orders placed here are for pickup at our counter — we don't deliver from this website.
• When your order is accepted.Placing an order is an offer, not a completed sale. It's accepted once the kitchen confirms it. If we can't make something, we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
• Prices, availability, and menu items can change without notice.
• Ordering depends on the kitchen being open (open every day until 3am). We may pause online ordering when we're at capacity.
• Pickup times are estimates — usually about 20 minutes.
• Please collect your order the same day. We can't hold or remake food that isn't picked up.

Allergens

Tell us about allergies beforeordering. Our dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles nuts, sesame, dairy, gluten, and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any dish is free of traces. Ingredient information on this site is provided in good faith but recipes and suppliers change — if a reaction would be serious, please call and ask before you order.

Payment

Online payments are handled by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the total shown at checkout, including tax. The total on the checkout screen is the amount charged — we calculate tax server-side, so that figure is the authoritative one.

Cancellations & refunds

• Because food is made to order, an order can't normally be cancelled once the kitchen has started it. Call us straight away and we'll help if we can.
• If something's wrong with your order, let us know the same day and we'll make it right — a remake or a refund.
• Refunds go back to the card used at checkout and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• If we cancel your order, you're refunded in full, automatically.

Catering

Catering trays need advance notice and are arranged directly with us rather than through online checkout — the lead time depends on the size of the order. Get in touch and we'll confirm what's possible and when.

The site itself

We work to keep menus, prices, and hours accurate, but we can't promise the site is always error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
