Who we are

What we collect

Order details — the items you order, and the email address you give us so we can send a receipt and order updates. A phone number only if you choose to add one.
Contact-form messages — your message and any name or email you include with it.
Newsletter signups — the email address you enter, only if you submit the form.
Text-message signups — your phone number, only if you opt in through our SMS form. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.

We don't ask for, and never store, your card details — see Payments below.

Cookies and local storage

Some of this is needed for the site to work at all, and some is optional and only runs if you accept it.

Necessary — always on.Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. Your cookie choice is stored the same way. Neither leaves your device.
Payment — during checkout only. Stripe sets cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) to process the payment and detect fraud. These load on the ordering page when you check out.
Maps.Our contact page embeds a Google Map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies. If you'd rather avoid that, use the address link instead of the embedded map.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers — we only ever see the amount, the status, and the last four digits.

How we use it

To prepare and hand off your pickup order.
To email receipts and order status.
To reply to messages you send us.
To send occasional updates — only to people who opted in, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the service run: Stripe for payments, our email provider for receipts and replies, ServeStack, the ordering platform that runs this site and passes tickets to our kitchen. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax. Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period after. Newsletter and SMS signups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Reply STOP to any text message to stop those.
Change your cookie choice using the link above.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — get in touchand we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
